RHSP strives to improve the quality of life of the local population through a combination of community-based research, curative services, and prevention strategies in the districts of South-central Uganda.
Job Summary: This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a “get it done” spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess needs and budget for them
- Asses electrical faults within electrical installations
- Monitor use and performance of equipment
- Conducting training about equipment safety and maintenance
- Safeguard electrical equipment against bad voltage and currents
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in electrical engineering/installation general
- Certificate in electrical wiring
- Self-motivated
Nice to have
- Experience in complex generator wiring
- Experience in solar installation and wiring
- Strong analytical skills
