Job Summary: The Cold Drink Equipment Clerk provides administrative and logistical support to the cold drink equipment service team. This role ensures efficient scheduling, accurate record-keeping, and smooth coordination between technicians, customers, and inventory management to maintain and repair beverage dispensing equipment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain work orders, service records, and equipment logs.
- Create, organize, and update service work orders, schedules, and equipment maintenance records.
- Process incoming service requests and prioritize based on urgency and resources.
- Track warranty information and assist in filing claims for defective equipment.
- Ensure accurate data entry into service management systems.
- Maintain documentation for equipment warranties and service contracts
- Track and manage inventory levels of equipment parts and supplies.
- Communicate work orders, service details, and customer requirements to technicians.
- Review and process completed service reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports on service performance, costs, and inventory levels.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum requirement: Diploma in refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent; additional training or certification in logistics, administration, or technical fields is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles, ideally in a technical or equipment service environment

- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, inventory management systems).
- Basic knowledge of cold drink equipment or willingness to learn technical concepts
