Job Summary: As a Business Development Associate, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of HR consultancy services. This position is ideal for ambitious individuals looking to enhance their skills in sales, client acquisition, and market analysis. Working closely with the Senior Business Development Associate, you will contribute to building lasting client relationships and gaining invaluable industry experience, paving the way for your professional growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive research and lead generation.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and update comprehensive client databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate records.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-ups in collaboration with the team.
- Address Client Inquiries promptly and provide detailed information about services offered.
- Conduct Market Research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.
- Contribute to achieving sales objectives through outreach campaigns and prospecting efforts.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the HR or consulting sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Experience or qualifications in Human Resources Management is a plus.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and possesses a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
