Job Summary: To support the implementation of impactful branding activities at events and promotional campaigns across NMG brands. The role focuses on maintaining the look and feel of the company through effective management of branding materials and ensuring brand consistency at all touch points.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Activations and Promotions Officer in executing high-impact branding at events and activations, ensuring the company’s look and feel is consistent and professional.
- Support the setup, placement, and management of branding materials (banners, flags, tents, etc.) at events, ensuring they align with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Coordinate the distribution and maintenance of branding items and promotional materials for events and activations, ensuring timely delivery and proper usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all branding materials and activations support a cohesive brand identity across Print, Radio, Publications, and Digital platforms.
- Maintain and organize an inventory of branding items, ensuring proper storage, tracking, and replenishment when needed.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality production of branding materials and timely delivery for activations and events.
- Provide on-ground support during events, ensuring the seamless setup, execution, and dismantling of branded items.
- Assist in maintaining a database of venues, suppliers, and partners to support efficient planning and execution of future branding activities.
- Contribute to post-activation reviews by providing insights on branding performance, ensuring continuous improvement of branding efforts.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Academic: Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in branding, promotions, events coordination, or a similar field, with hands-on experience in managing branding materials and on-ground event support.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of branding principles and familiarity with digital tools for event promotion and coordination.
Core Competencies
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in managing branding items and event setups.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently in the field while supporting broader team goals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic design tools is an added advantage.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments.
