Job Summary: The Corporate Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for:
- Engaging and maintaining relationships with corporate clients to market and sell suitable training programs, both on-site and at the center.
- Ensuring exceptional before and after-sales support for corporate clients.
- Managing affiliations with government bodies and ministries, such as DIT and NITA.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
External Corporate Marketing
- Visit corporate clients at least 4 days per week to promote training programs and establish strong relationships with management.
- Secure corporate clients for training programs and maintain a consistent follow-up system.
- Approach a minimum of 2 educational institutions weekly to organize Technology Appreciation Programs (TAP) and coordinate presentations with the Head of CADD Centre.
- Stay updated on the latest CADD training products and industry developments to provide relevant solutions to clients.
- Participate in education institution events as a sponsor or by conducting competitions to increase brand visibility.
- Generate new leads and contacts within corporate and educational sectors to expand the client base.
- Prepare and submit weekly corporate visit reports to the Head of CADD Centre.
In-Office Corporate Customer Service
- Respond promptly and professionally to all corporate inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with the Centre Head to create and share course schedules based on marketing projections.
- Notify corporate prospects of upcoming course commencement dates and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit monthly marketing reports of corporate activities to the Head of CADD Centre.
- Coordinate the issuance of course completion certificates for students with the Centre Head.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of corporate clients signed for training programs.
- Frequency and quality of Technology Appreciation Programs conducted.
- Customer satisfaction scores from corporate clients.
- Number of new leads generated and converted.
- Timeliness and accuracy of weekly and monthly reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Academic Qualifications
- Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Added Advantage: A master’s degree in marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Essential: At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate marketing, client relationship management, or sales within a training or technical environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working with government bodies, educational institutions, or engineering firms.
- Engineering background / experience / knowledge
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in designing marketing posters and flyers
- Proficiency in a CADD design software an advantage
- Analytical skills to prepare and interpret corporate reports.
- Knowledge of the CADD industry and training programs is an advantage.
