Job Title: Commercial Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare the company Marketing and Sales strategy
- Lead the development and modification of different services of Japotech
- Ensure digital marketing campaigns are conducted
- Follow up with Sales Executives to ensure potential customers of the services are identified, engaged and signed up
- Lead the proposal and tender response preparation
- Manage relationship with customers and follow up on customer satisfaction surveys
- Ensure that customers respect their obligations
- Lead and Manage the Commercial Team
- Preparation of process documentations such as procedures and records
- Preparation of periodic reports as required by management and partners
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time
- Content marketing services
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Requirements: Academic: Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent
- Experience: 3 years experience in Sales/Marketing, especially in ICT industry.
