The company is located in Yantian District, Shenzhen, close to Yantian Port, the world’s largest container seaport, enjoying beautiful mountains and sea scenery, as well as convenient transportation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets for solar home systems. Recruit and train sales agents
- Recored sales and customers on the prospect platform
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with UECCC, key clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
