Job Summary:   We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a background in selling wheat flour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, maintaining client relationships, and increasing sales within assigned territories. This role requires a proactive individual who is ready to go into the field to seek and secure new business opportunities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
• Promote and sell wheat flour products to achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries efficiently.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, specifically in the wheat flour or related industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
• Familiarity with the local market and customer base is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
