About the Company:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fabrication of machine & mold parts to specification using machine tools such as lathes, shapers or grinders.
- Measure, examine and test completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers.
- Set up, adjust and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools.
- Monitor the feed and speed of machines during machining process.
- Operate equipment to verify operational efficiency.
- Clean and lubricate machines, tools, equipment and your work area.
- Adhere to company environment, Health and safety regulations while at work.
- Select the appropriate tools, machines and materials to be used in preparation of machinery work.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the workshop supervisor
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Craft II certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
Skills & Professional Attributes
- Strong general management and demonstrated leadership skills.
- Must be good at application of creativity and innovative skills in managing projects.
- Should have good analyzing skills as well.
- Should be a problem solver and be able to grasp the problem at hand and take quick steps to resolve it.
- Ability to develop, formulate strategy and exercise good judgement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
