Job Summary: Coors Engineering Services Limited is seeking an Instrumentation and Automation Engineer to support the implementation and maintenance of automated systems within industrial settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring and troubleshooting instrumentation and automation systems to optimize operational efficiency. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to manage projects and lead teams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement instrumentation and automation solutions to improve production processes.
- Configure and maintain control systems, sensors and other instrumentation for accuracy and reliability.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on automation systems, implementing upgrades as needed.
- Lead automation projects from inception through completion, collaborating with other engineering teams and departments.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members in the instrumentation and automation field.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum a diploma in Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an instrumentation and automation role in an industrial environment.
- Experience in project management or team leadership is an added advantage.
- Strong technical skills in instrumentation, control systems and automation technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Knowledge of safety standards and industry regulations.
