Job Title: IT Assistant (Fresher Jobs)

Job Summary: We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated, technically experienced, and competent persons, with zeal to perform beyond expectations and excited to Join a (30) years leading steel manufacture
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure and install various network devices & operating system (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, windows 10 & 11)
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Perform System maintenance and user support.
- Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues related to system, printers, and other IT assets.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Document IT related Contracts of Suppliers and vendors.
- Ability to Travel within our branches for Preventive maintenance of system & networking devices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- At least two (2) years working experience in IT support functions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of developments in computer hardware, software, and systems.
- Knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification, maintenance and repair of ICT hardware and software.
- Ability to work independently and yet be able to meet deadlines.
