Job Title: Front Desk Attendant (Receptionist)

Salary Range: UGX. 400,000 – 500,000 Net

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming, greeting and directing guests to respective office
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Act as an information source to residents, staff and visitors.
- Notify the General Manager of any damages around the Premises.
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Keep updated records and files
- Prepare & Submit any reports as assigned by the line Supervisor
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Related field
- Experience: 1 year with a reputable Organization
- Competence & skills required:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Computer Skills (PPt, Excel and MS Word)
- Flexible to take on other roles as may be assigned
- Phone Etiquette
