About the Company:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely opening, closing and follow up of Plant Maintenance Notifications (job orders) in case of breakdown.
- Handling all preventive maintenance jobs in SAP module.
- Create and post service/ purchase reservations (PRs) in SAP as and when required for outsourced jobs.
- Initiation of internal order creation to justify new projects being taken on by the department.
- Monthly and weekly preparation of boiler reports by collecting data from various sections.
- Issuance of plant maintenance schedules to the Engineering team as and when required, as well as opening and closing them in time.
- Liaise with the boiler officer to go over all biomass receipts and issues concerned with maintaining of stock levels.
- Assist the SAP Administrator in data entry and in any other departmental functions that may require extra support.
- Any other duties assigned by Head – Engineering Services from time to ensure continuous flow of work.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in information technology or any other related discipline.
- Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering is an added advantage.
- One year’s working experience in a similar role in a large company

- Result Oriented, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Records management skills, and knowledge of computer packages, professional skills and good behavioral competences.
- The jobholder is not subject to work that is physically demanding and is generally not exposed to any hazards as a direct consequence of the job. The jobholder is on call and may be required to work overtime and weekends.
