Job Summary:   Are you passionate about creating positive change in communities? Do you have a talent for connecting with people and making a meaningful impact? Join us as a Community Engagement Specialist and help us support education for vulnerable children across Uganda!

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you’ll play a vital role as the bridge between our organization and the communities we serve.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:   Your main responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and Assessing Beneficiaries: Locating children who meet the program’s criteria and assessing their eligibility for financial aid.
• Community Outreach: Engaging with local leaders, schools, and community organizations to raise awareness and reach potential beneficiaries.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Documenting and reporting on beneficiaries’ needs, ensuring accurate records for program support.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Background in social work, community development, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in diverse communities.
• Experience in community engagement, outreach, or beneficiary support preferred.
