Job Title: Cashier (Fresher Jobs)

Job Summary: The Cashier will manage all Money transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. He/she receives payments and issues receipts, keep track of all cash and credit transactions. He/she will be expected to answer questions about Loans/ other financial services for potential Clients, suggest options where need be and address customer concerns.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Cash Management
- Recording daily Payments by clients in the cash book and reconciling the Cash.
- Ensure Safe Custody and full accountability for all daily Cash transaction documents.
- Bank daily collections and update the company tracking system.
Credit Management
- Refer potential Customers for Loans to Credit Officers for Further Management.
- Participate in the Appraisal process of New and Old Clients.
- Prepare Meeting Minutes for the Loan Appraisal Committee.
- Monitor Portfolios at risk and work closely with the credit officers to remind clients to pay.
- Ensure proper filing of all Loan related documents for the company.
- Keep all the company securities safe by registering all the securities in the security book and filing security document.
- Dusting the Company securities and Connecting Electronic appliances in power every two weeks.
Customer Care Services
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Welcome and Greet customers when entering or leaving the premises.
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
Others
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of a diploma in a Business related Field
- Familiarity with Computer Applications
- Good Math Skills. At least with Credit 6 in Math O’ level
- Strong Communication and Time Management Skills
- Customer Satisfaction Oriented
- Minimum of 1 years Working experience as a Cashier
