Job Summary: The Executive Secretary will provide high-level clerical support to the Executives, Directors, or Departmental Head-level employee, performing a variety of secretarial duties and skilled tasks that may include preparing reports, conducting research, and collecting data.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence and overseeing operations related to the Executive Office.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Administration, Secretarial duties or related field
- Professional level of verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal – interaction skills
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with office productivity tools & an aptitude for learning new software systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
