Job Summary:   We prioritize sustainability, client satisfaction, and precision in all our endeavors, and we are looking for a skilled and motivated Construction Manager to join our dynamic team.

 

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to manage all aspects of project execution, from planning and resource allocation to quality control and safety.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, including budget estimations, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • On-Site Management: Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project designs, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest quality standards throughout the construction process, conducting regular site inspections and ensuring adherence to codes and standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor site staff, including subcontractors, laborers, and other team members, to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Budget Management: Track and control project costs, reviewing financial reports to ensure spending aligns with the budget.
  • Safety Assurance: Enforce site safety protocols, conducting safety training and inspections to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal guidelines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
