Double Q Company Limited is a provider of heavy transport solutions, including trucks and excavators, with an extensive product-related service offering that includes: vehicle financing, insurance, GPS and rental services. Double Q Co. Ltd is the leading and authorized distributor of SINOTRUK and XCMG road equipment, as well as spare parts and accessories for heavy machines and trucks in Uganda. This includes trucks, mobile cranes and excavators, as well as product related service offerings such as: vehicle financing, insurance, GPS and rental services to enable our clients to focus on their core business.
Job Summary: Are you passionate about sales, customer service, or inventory management? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of company assets.
- Track asset utilization and performance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure all asset management activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on asset status, value, and performance for management.
- Ensure assets are properly maintained and insured.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in asset management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or asset management software.
