Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Contract governance of TowerCo & Other passive partners.
- Preventive, predictive & Corrective maintenance of Passive Assets.
- Review of Passive Outages and closures for RNA improvement.
- Management of RNA improvement initiatives.
- Tower Co & MS passive Bill reconciliations and reporting.
- Implementation and tracking of WOW Initiatives.
- Fuel & grid management and reporting.
- Passive assets and Inventory management.
- OPEX and Passive CAPEX management.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Passive projects planning and mobilization.
- Passive projects tracking, monitoring, supervision, implementation, and closure.
- Passive projects Quality assurance.
- Passive RFI – ready for integration management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering Telecommunications, Electrical or related field.
- Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years’ work experience.
- Exhibits good level of creativity and resourcefulness.
- Can guide and transfer knowledge .
- Analytical and Presentation skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Leadership Skills.
