Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Possession of professional qualification in insurance or any related field.
- Marketing and sales skills with a minimum experience of 2 years
- Experience in team management, Bancassurance, is an added advantage
- Effective and interpersonal skills
- Computer knowledge and report writing skills
- A good track record of management skills
- A good track record on productivity and meeting targets
