LTD , a sub-company to ASPIRE ONE LTD based in Kampala, dealing in the importation and distribution of high quality, effective , safe and innovative cosmetics and dermaceutical products from overseas. As the appointed exclusive agents for International manufacturers, Aspire one beauty Co. Ltd is looking for a qualified candidates to join the company as Marketing And Sales Representatives.
POSITIONS (THREE)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Field Work
- To visit the field regularly and aggressively promote Aspire One Beauty and The Pod products and services using social media, flyers and brochures as shared by the head office.
- To continuously monitor market response/customer feedback of products and contiguously relaying all information to management. The candidate must maintain a database which is regularly updated with planned field visits, focal persons, purchased products and products to be promoted.
- To produce daily reports of field marketing activities, to be presented to management on a weekly basis, with tangible feedback.
Market Intelligence & Studying The Market
- To conduct market surveys, study market trends and collect market information pertaining to cosmetic/dermaceutical products.
- To stimulate new sales of Aspire One products by gaining new clients and creating a database of all new and existing clients from the field.
- To design/plan and propose strategies in marketing that are result oriented for managements review, implementation and approval. This is to form the blueprint of the marketing strategy.
- To actively research and collect information regarding potential expo’s and other business development events for company participation.
Expansion in The Market
- To actively promote and market Aspire One Beauty Products in the market, and to expand market coverage for the products.
- To engage with clients, customers, skincare professionals on a one-to-one basis to actively increase/promote product sales and performance and create presentations for meetings where induction or overview is asked of.
- To continuously stay up to date with current trends and market needs for innovative and new cosmeceutical/ dermaceutical products.
- Attend Networking Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.
Research, Reporting and Client Database Management
- To identify potential clients and product opportunities in the market and initiate and organise meetings with focal persons in pharmacies, beauty outlets, corporate offices etc. and Aspire One/Pod management team.
- To generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- To consistently achieve the sales targets outlined by management team.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Identify Prospective Clients: Research and identify potential clients through market analysis, networking, and other methods.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions while reporting back to management.
- To professionally represent Aspire One in the field in any capacity instructed by management, and not disclosing information of the organisation.
- To Carry out any other duties assigned to you by management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- She must possess a Degree or a diploma in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or equivalent degree from a recognized Institution.
- She Must have at least TWO YEARS experience in marketing and selling beauty products, cosmetics and other related products.
- She Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages
- She Must be familiar with generation of presentations and sales reports.
- Should be Smart, Active, Motivated and ready to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Should have good marketing, presentation, negotiation skills with a demonstration of initiative.
- Should preferably be below 30 Years and below.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must able to communicate well both verbally and written, and also speaking other/international languages is an added advantage.
