Job Summary: Jeen Mata Tours and Travel is looking for motivated and experienced Sales Executives to join our team. We specialize in air ticketing and travel services for clients across Uganda, and we’re searching for skilled professionals to help expand our customer base and deliver an exceptional travel experience.
Number of Positions:Three(3)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell air tickets to customers through effective sales techniques.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and retention.
- Stay updated with the latest flight options, travel packages, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
- Process bookings, manage ticketing requests, and resolve any customer inquiries promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve set sales targets.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum academic qualification: Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the travel industry, specifically in air ticket sales, is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client requests.
- Proficiency in using reservation and ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Sales-driven and target-oriented, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
