About the Company:
The National Agricultural Research Organization (NARO) is mandated to coordinate, oversee and guide agricultural research in Uganda. The organisation is made up of a Council as its governing Body, a Secretariat for its daily operations. and 16 Public Agricultural Research Institutes (PARIS) under its policy guidance.
Job Summary: To assist the Accountant in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Business Studies majoring in Accounting.
- Possession of an Honors Degree in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration majoring in Accounting is an added advantage.
- Must have experience of at least three years (3) in a reputable organisation.
- Age limit: Applicants should not be more than 40 years of age
