Victorious Education Services started in 1999 as a Kindergarten with about 30 (thirty) children and 3 (three) staff Members. In a three bed roomed house with 30 chairs and no table with personal savings of about UgShs 1,000,000. (one million). We have now grown into one of the biggest and best education institutions with over 350 members of staff and about 4000 pupils.
Job Summary: The desire to recruit competent staff to fill the following vacancies existing in our school. The applicant must have a standing character, must be God fearing upholding sound and good morals. possessing ability to think and implement set goals and plans and desiring to work well as a result oriented person in a busy and dynamic environment.
Purpose: Responsible for provision of guidance. support. care and security to the learners on the school bus from home to school and back home for the designated school bus routes
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure Learners safety, adherence to Education municipal and traffic regulations and guidelines for school bus use.
- Assessing school and the wider transport plans, in line with the school overall goals, programmes. Procedures and schedules.
- Creating a homely school bus environment for the learners that will make their Journeys comfortable and worthwhile.
- and attend to learners challenges and growth needs in the bus.
- Provide relevant and timely information to the parents and other stakeholders. especially about the school programmes.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Must possess a minimum of A level certificate.
- Relevant Qualification related to child caregiving or any other humanities will be an added advantage.
- Must demonstrate passion for children and Practical knowledge of child growth needs and development.
- Ability to communicate well, provide counselling. God fearing to learners. Patient and hospitable, possessing problem solving skills. loving to the learners and should be able to follow up on matters.
- Able to steadily work under minimum supervision.
