Victorious Education Services started in 1999 as a Kindergarten with about 30 (thirty) children and 3 (three) staff Members. In a three bed roomed house with 30 chairs and no table with personal savings of about UgShs 1,000,000. (one million). We have now grown into one of the biggest and best education institutions with over 350 members of staff and about 4000 pupils.
Job Summary: The desire to recruit competent staff to fill the following vacancies existing in our school. The applicant must have a standing character, must be God fearing upholding sound and good morals. possessing ability to think and implement set goals and plans and desiring to work well as a result oriented person in a busy and dynamic environment.
Responsible for care giving and nurturing growth needs of pupils during their contact time with teacher at school.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will;
- Create and continuously establish a conducive study environment for the learner.
- Undertake an ongoing analysis and assessment of learning needs for Early childhood
- development and exhibiting appropriate values and competencies required for child growth.
- Accountable for matters relating to the interpretation managing and implementation of the Early Childhood Learning Framework in order to meet the child’s needs according to the planned methods and activities.
- A standing character and ability to think, innovate, and implement set goals and plans in a timely manner.
- Ability to effectively communicate using the English language, Energetic. enthusiast_ dedicated self-disciplined, possession people and problem solving skills.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Registered teacher holding at least a Diploma in Early childhood training or its equivalent from a recognized institution (A degree in Early Childhood Education will be an added advantage)
- Able to practically handle and manage Early Child hood learning frame work.
- Skilled in guiding Learners based on their individual learning needs and styles
- Able to effectively communicate using the English language.
- Ability to work in a busy and dynamic environment with parents and staff
- Must be Computer literate.
