About the Company:  

Kombi Technical Services Ltd is a sole distribution business specializing in Uganda Breweries alcoholic beverages.

 

Job Summary:   We  are  looking for  a  motivated  and  dynamic  Sales Manager/Representative to join our team and drive our sales initiatives.  As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our distribution team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new sales opportunities in designated territories.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure sales.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Attend promotional shows and industry events to promote our products and network with potential clients within our region.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a distribution or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of the local language (Runyankole is added advantage)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge on the use of Output books software is added advantage.
  • Readiness and willingness to travel is a must.
