Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for the assigned product lines.
- Identity potential customers and generate leads through visits. calls. networking. and industry events.
- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and competition.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales with customers, ensuring profitability
- Close sales deals and achieve the set revenue targets consistently.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, Building Products, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
