Job Summary: The Retailer Recruiter will play a strategic role in in driving sales, expanding market presence, and maintaining a strong relationship with retailers. The job holder must have the drive to generate new leads. Basic with a fantastic commission structure for the correct candidate.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Retailer acquisition which includes successfully onboarding new retailers as per the target given.
- Identify new opportunities to expand the lottery’s reach.
- Educate prospective retailers about the lottery products including the benefits of
- becoming a retailer.
- Marketing intelligence and feedback
- During the on-boarding process retailers must be made aware that they comply
- with lottery regulations and ethical standards, such as age restriction and
- responsible gaming practices.
- Strengthen retailer loyalty through excellent service and support.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree or a Sales diploma in a business related field.
- 2-3 years of direct sales experience in Telecommunications or FMCG products
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to sign up new retailers
- Deep product knowledge and value articulation
- Contract negotiation
- Relationship management
- Time management and organizational prowess
- Tech-savvy and proficient with sales tools
- Good planning and organisation skills.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle is a must
- Must possess a riding permit with at least 1 year experience in riding.
