Job Summary: We’re a dynamic and customer-focused restaurant seeking a friendly, attentive, and experienced Waitress and bar lady to join our team! Our restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, serving delicious cuisine to our valued customers. We’re looking for a skilled Waitress to provide exceptional customer service, ensure seamless dining experiences, and contribute to our restaurant’s success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take orders and serve food/beverages efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage tables, handle cash/credit transactions, and maintain accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and health/safety standards
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 1+ year of waitressing experience (preferably in a similar establishment)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash/credit transactions
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and stand for long periods
