Job Title: Receipting Accountant

Job Summary: Receipt Executive to handle postpaid customer receipting of customer payments. Postpaid payments are thus this needs the customer payments to be receipted and reflected on statement real time.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Postpaid receipting
- Support with receipting of postpaid customer payments received on all Company bank accounts in Single view system.
Fixed Data receipting
- Receipting of fixed data customer payments received on all Company bank accounts in Single view system.
Security deposit receipting
- Receipting of Security deposit for Postpaid, roaming services in Single view system.
- Passing Credit and Debit Notes
- Passing of credit notes and Debit notes in case of offsets, write offs, in Single view system based on duly approved CN & DN raised and approved in Probatus by user department
MIS report
- Prepare and share the MIS collections report for single view with Finance team and BRS team on a daily basis.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- She is a Diploma holder. Has experience in oracle, single view and USDM system for over a period of more than 5years.
- She has experience in receipting collection payments whether in cash/cheques, RTGS or EFTs, refunds.
Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
- She has been doing this role for over 5yrs and very certain that her experience is of good yield, well versed with Single View.
Other requirements (Behavioral etc.)
- She is customer centric and very reliable she can go extra mile
