Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the S&D KYC Database and daily performance reporting
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
KYC database management
- Create databases.
- Maintains and deletes as appropriate.
Reporting
- Derives regular reports and shares the same for business decisions.
- Liaison between IT, CX and S&D with regard to reporting and technical data uploads.
KYC Device Management
- Runs acceptance tests for new devices scheduled for use in the registration process.
Capability Development
- Trains the D – teams on use of the S&D Acquisition Applications
- Resets pins for Retailers and Freelancers
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- University Degree, preferably in Business
- Good computer skills
- Analytics and data management
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
