Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
A university degree in Finance, Marketing, Banking or any related field.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in relationship management, business development, or sales within
Proven ability in direct selling, sales, and relationship management.
Capable of working independently, managing tasks effectively, and meeting targets in a dynamic banking environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Basic credit analysis skills with relevant business exposure.
Analytical skills to review financial statements, interpret data, and offer financial recommendations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
