Job Title: Office Administration & Business Support Intern (No Experience Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage office tasks, calls, and correspondence.
- Assist the company secretarial function in preparing and uploading all necessary documents
- Coordinate business trips, events, and insurance communications.
- Handle registrations, invoices, and office supplies.
- Provide admin support to all departments.
- Communicate with WTW’s IT support for technical matters.
- Handle internet, printers, laptops, and mobile setups.
- Update Access Control and coordinate security certificates.
- Support Fire and Safety plans and Business Continuity.
- Organize NPS and Quality Index Surveys.
- Collaborate on Clients Lists.
- Handle Personal Lines Business
- Manage Office Petty Cash
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication in English.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs
