Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant – Graduate Trainee to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.
The position will start with a 3-month trainee period, with the potential for a permanent role depending on your performance. During this period, you will be facilitated with a monthly retainer.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
- Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets
- Perform data entry and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Help manage invoices, expenses, and payroll
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in computer systems usage
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
