Ugachick Poultry Breeders Limited has five mutually dependent business divisions namely ;- Feed Mill, Parent farm, Hatchery, Broiler Farm, Processing Plant.

Job Summary:   Ugachick Poultry Breeders Ltd is seeking a Food Technologist to join our Value-Added Team. The ideal candidate will oversee the development, modification, and optimization of food products and processes to ensure safety, legal compliance, and high-quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve recipes and production processes.
• Ensure products are manufactured safely and to high standards.
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Train staff and ensure SOP compliance.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma in Food Technology or related field.
• Strong leadership, and problem-solving.
• Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptable, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
