Job Summary: To add value to the content eco system by supporting the Content Manager with keeping up with the everyday routine monitoring tasks for the different Airtel Apps
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Update Airtel Outlets in Google My Business
- Ensure all the outlets are listed and updated on Google my business
- Share the updates of monitored/tracked links for the different communication platforms
- Share a daily report of the links performances
Airtel TV Monitoring
- Share a daily status of the titles/content curated on the app
- Maintain an updated tracker of content curated
My Airtel App Monitoring
- Checking and sharing any noticed issues or products in My Airtel App
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Educational Level
Must have
- University degree in relevant field
Working Experience
Must have
- Any media experience will be an added advantage
Skills critical to the role
- Analytics Interpretation
- Time management and planning
- New Media Proficiency
