Our client is a diverse industrial group that offers comprehensive energy operation, maintenance services and energy chemical products. Our client has formed core sectors including the professional service sector, FPSO sector, and special ship operation and chemical products sector.
Job Summary: The National Content Manager will monitor the implementation of National Content development requirements and support in inclusion of national content in line with the regulations and the project national content program.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the definition of the National Content Plan of the Company and coordinate its implementation.
- Monitor Company’s commitments and achievements in elaboration with the Contracts and purchasing department.
- Propose and manage the National Content budget as well as update management on the national content regulations in the Country.
- Continuously follow up on the National content regulations and policies.
- Coordinate National Content initiatives for local communities in liaison with the Social Affairs department.
- Manage all required reports related to National Content.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- A minimum of one to three years’ experience working with National Content.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of national content regulations and requirements.
- Excellent understanding of the oil and gas activities, policies and strategies.
- Good negotiation, mediator and presentation skills.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Have good analytical skills with a high attention to detail. Be able to cooperate with Company leaders to promote the smooth implementation of the project.
- Full of team spirit, happy to deal with various relationships.
- Be able to work under pressure, hard-working, good at self-motivation, energetic.
- Good conduct, dedication, honesty and self-discipline, strong sense of confidentiality, good team spirit.
- Support the corporate culture and policies of our organization and conscientiously implement the company’s policies.
