About Organisation:

Whisper’s hospital was opened in March 2016 by the Kyabazinga of Busoga, William Gabula Nadiope IV. In 2018, the hospital moved to its current larger premises, opened by the Right Hon. Rebecca Kadaga. Whisper’s hospital is run by Whisper the Union for Childcare, Outreach and Education, a Uganda-registered NGO which can be contacted at 32 Madhvani Road, P.O. Box 5127, Jinja, Uganda. Funding is provided by Whisper, a charity registered in England and Wales (1139078) and Nadační fond Whisper, a charity registered in Czech Republic (08145393).

 

Job Summary:   Whisper’s Hospital is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to enhance our brand, engage the community, and drive patient growth. If you’re passionate about healthcare, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans to boost the hospital’s visibility locally and regionally.
  • Carry out targeted digital, community, and media campaigns.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all communications.
  • Public Relations: Build relationships with media, community leaders, and health professionals
  • Market Research: Analyze feedback and trends to refine marketing strategie:
  • Performance Tracking: Measure success and report to leadership.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Certifications (e.g., CIM, Google Analytics) are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven success in marketing, ideally in healthcare.
  • Skills: Strong creativity, analytics, writing, and communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
