Job Summary:   Alison Consults Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantitative Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising civil, water, and solar projects, with at least 2 years of practical field experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in managing costs related to civil engineering, water, and solar projects

Provide accurate cost estimates, financial reports, and project valuations

Prepare tender documents and oversee contracts with contractors

Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations during project execution

Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Economics from a recognized university

At least 2 years of practical field experience in supervising civil, water, or solar projects

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Familiarity with tender preparation, cost estimation, and budget management

Ability to start working immediately
