Job Title:   Theatre Assistant (Fresher Jobs)

Job Summary:   To prepare theatre for surgical operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare surgical trolleys for different surgical operations.
• Maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
• Assist in minor surgical procedures.
• Ensure safe disposal of theatre wastes.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Certificate in theatre techniques
• Must have a Ugandan certificate of education with passes in science subjects or its equivalent
• At least 2 years’ working experience performing similar duties.
• Skills and Abilities:
• Concerns for quality and standards, teamwork, ethics, and integrity.
• Communication and time management
