Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Reports to: Sales Coordinator
About Organisation:
East African Roofing Systems Ltd is the largest expanded metal company in the East Africa and has several years of experience in the expanded metal industry. It primarily deals in steel products.
Job Summary: To find new sales leads, through market visits and continuous customer engagement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Market of all products through regular field surveys.
Build a sound customer base through recruiting and bringing on new clientele.
Manage all the sales & marketing activities including development of visible brand.
Assist in logistical arrangements to achieve production and sales.
Assist in debt collection where applicable.
Manage all the sales & marketing activities including development of visible brand.
Achieve the set daily/weekly/monthly sales target for products across the board.
Respond to sales inquiries pertaining to the products or service as and when they arise.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
Provide feedback on current market situations and carry out market price comparisons.
Act as an interface between the customers and the Company by improving Customer service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration or related field
A minimum 3 years of sales experience is required
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent sales and customer service skills, excellent proven negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills
