Job Summary:   Responsible for coordinating the preparation and implementation of the university’s strategic and development plans

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

A PhD and Masters degree but with a rich experience of hands-on in managing and supervising development projects.

High level of maturity, ability to provide strategic leadership, and a high level of integrity.

Subscription to Bugema University norms and core values is a must.
