True North Consult Ltd is a boutique HR Consultancy Firm that offers bespoke HR solutions to selected clients in various sectors and industries across East Africa, with operational offices in Kampala, Nairobi and Kigali.
Job Summary: Promote a positive internal and external image of the organization by crafting high-quality copy that is suitable for different stakeholders of the organization, including employees, and the platforms on which the messages are communicated. To develop social media copy and well- thought-out responses to audience of the organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop Copy
- Write winner success stories
- Write creative, informative and professional press releases
- Assist with developing copy for adverts: print, broadcast and digital
- Collate information for internal newsletter
- Copy proofing and editing as and when required
- Develop copy for social media
- Interact with the audience on social media by replying to queries in an appropriate tone
- Write any other organization copy that is required
Administrative duties and events coordination
- Maintain a good relationship supplier – agencies
- Submit monthly reports
- Maintain a proper filing system
- Perform ADHOC social media administrative duties as required by line manager
