Job Summary: We are seeking 8 Project Officers for our projects
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Be responsible for implementing program plans, including specific themes, and monitor project activities and compliances at the field level.
Coordinate with Health Department, Community-Based Organizations and Government Departments/ officials in the villages and the District of the project area.
Coordinate and establish linkages with District and others to ensure support to deliver project requirement.
Plan, organize, coordinate, and facilitate training programs / related activities for stakeholders and project staffs.
Manage trainings, do regular field visits and provide handholding support to community mobilizers, district level team whenever necessary.
Routine collection of data tools and entering tools using the appropriate packages. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the program Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or a diploma in a Health-related discipline.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Advanced knowledge of local language will be preferred.
Strong computer skills.
Organised, team player, self-starter and results-oriented individual.
Minimum one years’ experience in program implementation and training.
Experience in Health project will be an added advantage.
Experience in working with structures of Government, VHTs and CHEWs is must
