CADS VENTURES LTD is a leading Debt Collection Agency (DCA) in Uganda, offering services mainly to Commercial Banks, Government and Corporate Institutions.

 

Job Summary:   The Senior Officer is responsible for management of special and high value outsourced debt files as well as supporting and coordinating team efforts to achieve performance targets.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a debt collection role attained from a Debt Collection Agency, Law Firm or Financial Institution.
  • High level of communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Degree in Law or business related field.
