Job Summary: The Territory Development Officer is responsible for secondary target achievement of the assigned territory for all the products.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifying and developing key clients for business development.
Manage the sales in all relevant channels (General Trade Channels (WS, Retail, Schools, Supermarkets & others).
Work around expanding distribution and range selling in the given territory.
Achieve desired volumes periodically.
Gain Market share.
Other Responsibilities:
Manage the depot or territory location assigned.
Ensure stocks & cash management as per company norms.
Implement Sales force automation in all operations (App based order booking through smart phone).
Competition tracking & Share information to line managers.
Adhere to company guidelines & deliver expected results.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Uganda Nationals
Preferred Male
Experience in Beverage Industry preferred.
Must possess good communication skills (English & Ugandan Languages ).
Must be able to adapt to new geographies including Rural territories.
High on Integrity & commitment to task.
Willingness to work with Internal and External stakeholders.
Adhere to companies’ system and processes.
Work with in given constraints.
Educational Requirements
Any graduate (Degree in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Year/s of Experience: 3-5
