Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing manager to join our team at Tenza flour mills ltd. The Sales and Marketing manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships to promote our wheat flour products.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our wheat flour products to target markets and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential customers and market segments, to expand our customer base.
- Go out in the market to acquire new customers, in order to expand customer base and generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our wheat flour products across various online channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Respond to customer inquiries , questions or issues in a timely manner.
- Withhold a continuous improvement, by seeking feedback from customers and using it to improve products or services.
- Approaching every interaction with a positive attitude and willingness to help create a welcoming environment.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to build brand presence and drive customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with external marketing entities to create marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts, including digital content, radio and TV ads, promotions, and print advertising.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, track sales performance, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Assist in packaging process.
- Track sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
- Provide feedback to senior manager with the help of statistics.
- Generate weekly as well as monthly sales reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- BS/BA degree in Sales and marketing, digital marketing, business administration majoring in marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the food industry or related field. Minimum five years of experience.
- Have experience and knowledge in traditional marketing strategies that promotes products.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with customers.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
