Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing data from primary and secondary sources to use for analysis and supporting business decisions.
- Ensure data captured is of good and sufficient to support business functions and activities.
- Developing and maintaining adhoc databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format.
- Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
- Monitoring business performance and performance trends.
- Preparing reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Working with technical teams, process owners, business managers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance or business improvement strategies.
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Monitor SDD projects progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Preparation of Franchise Partners and Sales teams KPI targets for daily and monthly Performance monitoring and Tracking.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, finance, economics, statistics, or a similar field.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing complex data preferably FMCG.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools/statistical tools.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Exceptional eye for details.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually.
- High integrity is mandatory.
