About the Company:
Christian Fellowship Ministries Uganda Limited is a Faith based organization working with children in partnership with Compassion International. The ministry operates child and Youth development centers in many districts within the eastem part of Uganda.
Job Summary: The project Director shall be the team leader of the project staff.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- He /she is expected to offer knowledge, guidance and technical skills to children, child development committees, church, parents and fellow project workers in areas of spiritual development, project planning and budgeting, comprehensive health care, social development and academic advancement.
- He /she is to ensure that all programmatic financial and sponsor service aspects of the project are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Act as the accounting officer for all Project funds, ensuring that all funds are used for their intended purpose and in adherence to the set policies.
- Supervise the Implementation of the approved project plan and budget with monthly assessments done in conjunction with other stakeholders.
- Submit monthly reports to the Overseer, the Child Development Committee and other Partners as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Must be a mature Born Again Christian with proven integrity and passion for child ministry
- Bachelor’s degree holder in related field of social works, education, Business Administration, development studies
- 3 years’ minimum experience in working with children
- MUST have knowledge in computer skills, project management
- Skills in financial management
- Age: 25-40
