Job Title:  Child Development Officer (CDO Home-based programming) No Experience Jobs

About the Company:

Christian Fellowship Ministries Uganda Limited is a Faith based organization working with children in partnership with Compassion International. The ministry operates child and Youth development centers in many districts within the eastem part of Uganda.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure access to quality healthcare, immunization, and nutrition for children under 5 years old
  • Support pregnant women with prenatal care, safe delivery, and postnatal care.
  • Provide education and support for proper nutrition, breastfeeding, and food security
  • Promote access to clean water, sanitation facilities, and hygiene practices.
  • Educate and involve communities in child survival efforts
  • Train local healthcare workers, volunteers, and partners
  • Track program progress, identify gaps and adjust strategies





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Must be a mature Born Again Christian with a sound testimony.
  • Certificate in program management, public health, or related field.
  • Passion for child health and well-being
  • Strong knowledge of child health, nutrition, and survival programs
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in child health, nutrition, or related programs.
  • Age: 22-35.
